What happens to my photo?

It is used once, to prepare your reading, and is not stored. We keep the written reading, your first name and email so you can return to it. We never publish, sell or share your photograph. Write to us at any time and we will delete everything we hold about you.

Is this prediction?

No. Palmistry is a tradition of self-reflection. A reading describes tendencies associated with the features of your hand, it does not forecast events, health, money or relationships, and it never will.

What if my reading doesn't feel accurate?

Some of it may not. A reading is a prompt to think, not a verdict; take what is useful and leave the rest.

How long does it take?

Your opening observations, hand shape, heart line and the features identified in your palm, are shown to you once your hand has been examined. The complete folio is written out in full and emailed to you a week after purchase, or sooner if you choose rush delivery.

How is my reading prepared?

Readings are prepared through automated analysis with human support for accuracy. Every interpretation follows the traditional framework described on The Practice and Our approach pages.

Which hand should I photograph?

Your right hand, palm up, fingers relaxed and slightly apart, in even natural light. Avoid flash, it flattens the finer lines.
